About Us

In the ever changing world of planning, design and construction techniques we offer a service to guide our clients through the maze of options now available.

Our Approach

From initial project appraisal through to achieving planning.
From practical, green, sustainable, energy solutions through to fibre optics and data managements.
From green oak structures through to super insulated SIP constructions.
Seeking out additional development opportunities and creation of additional income streams for our clients.
From management of the project through to controlling and negotiating discounts from suppliers.
We seek to de-stress the building process to allow our clients to concentrate on the important decisions.
We offer a bespoke service that allows the client to let the project grow organically if they wish rather than being restrained by decisions made months before.
We are not seeking to reinvent the wheel but to draw on our twenty five years of experience in every element of the industry, to save time, money and stress.

JB Wild

Jb ran her own Silver Business selling both antique and contemporary pieces from her own collection, as well as collaborating with Chris on many of his projects. She studied Interior Decoration at the Inchbald School of Design and is currently working on a various projects in the Cotswolds, the South West, London and Overseas.

She doesn’t have a specific style but believes the most important thing is to understand her client’s brief in order to interpret their needs and meet their aspirations with an emphasis on installation & budget management. Her chief aim is to create something comfortable and practical but also stylish, at the same time keeping true to the nature of the house.

She works from instinct and is not afraid to use colour or to mix the old with the new, often adding the odd quirky feature. Nothing is too much trouble and she is more than happy to go the extra mile and source the tiniest detail.

Chris Wild

Chris studied art and industrial design at the Central school of Art, London. After working for a number of businesses from kitchen design to furniture he set up a joinery workshop, working for a number of interior designers and private clients in London.

It was a natural progression that he moved into construction, carrying out numerous development projects for a large blue chip property company, from design through to completion.

In 1990 Chris went into developing in his own right, whilst maintaining his construction company. In 1992 he moved to the Cotswolds to continue his passion for buildings and the build process. He continued in this business for the next nineteen years, completing numerous developments projects from cottages, barn conversions and large country houses and new builds.

He has always been keen to try new building technics before they become main stream and five years ago created an eco business park near Northleach, Glos. He has a passion for green technologies, however always bearing in mind the practical aspects of intergrating these technologies into a build.

Whilst he is a strong believer in good design, he also believes that function should not be compromised as a consequence and always looks for a workable solution.
